Nick Anderson, PharmD

Professional biography

Gene Nicholas “Nick” Anderson is a pharmacist with 15 years of pharmacist experience and more than 20 years in pharmacy. He previously held the Former Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP; lapsed) credential; the certification lapsed. His background includes geriatric care, medication safety, community and specialty pharmacy, clinical education, and evidence-based scientific communication.

Project mission

MedWise Seniors is an elder-care education project created to make medication guidance easier to understand and use. Its mission is to help older adults and caregivers recognize medication risks, prepare better questions, and have safer conversations with pharmacists, prescribers, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
